Medical Billing (Work Order Entry)

Candidates experienced in medical billing and purchase agreements. Accurately process and manage purchase orders (expected volume: 750 PO’s monthly after initial 30 days). Collaborate with internal team members primarily through MS Teams and Outlook (no phone-based work). Ensure compliance with established processes while meeting deadlines, particularly during month-end close periods. Maintain flexibility to work required overtime, including blackout dates and weekends. Qualifications: Prior experience in medical billing and handling purchase agreements (non–call center environment). Strong proficiency in MS Outlook and remote collaboration tools. Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly, accept coaching, and improve from feedback. Strong organizational and time management skills. Schedule & Location: Full-time role: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST. Additional Details: Must be able to commit to overtime during peak periods.
