IT Administrative Support

Provide technical and administrative support to the IT department to ensure the smooth operation of technology systems and processes. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and maintaining hardware and software systems. Proactively identify potential issues and suggest solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Maintain and update documentation and manuals for IT processes and procedures. Manage and track IT inventory, including equipment, software, and licenses. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of services. Assist with the procurement and purchasing of IT equipment and software. Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on IT projects and initiatives. Conduct research and provide recommendations on new and emerging technologies that can benefit the organization. Collaborate with other IT team members to provide high-quality and timely support to end-users. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve processes and systems. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols to protect confidential and sensitive information. Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT processes align with overall business goals and objectives. Provide excellent customer service to internal users and maintain a positive and professional attitude. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance IT knowledge and skills.
