We are currently looking for a motivated, proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Operations Assistant to manage the full creator pipeline. From sourcing and onboarding creators to pipeline management, submissions, and communication, this role is designed for someone organized, self-starting, and excited about the influencer/UGC industry. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including: Research and source new UGC creators based on agency criteria; Send outreach messages and follow up with potential creators; Manage approvals and ensure high-quality candidates join the pipeline; Manage creator communication through WOP (centralized system); Assist in moving away from scattered messaging (IG DMs, TikTok) into streamlined platforms; Forward pre-written messages and voice notes to creators; Escalate creator questions in Slack to management for guidance; Maintain Notion and Excel trackers for creator onboarding, submissions, and pipeline progress; Keep the community updated and organized within WOP; Provide daily updates and ensure no steps in the process are missed; Assist in systemizing and automating workflows as the agency grows; Support new campaign ideas, premium service expansion, and community initiatives; Contribute ideas for scaling operations and improving creator experience; Assist in preparing materials for potential courses and digital products; Requirements Excellent English communication (written and spoken); Experience in influencer marketing, UGC, or social media management; Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills; iPhone required (for compatibility with tools and messaging); Proficiency with Notion, Excel, and general project management tools; Comfort with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok); Self-starting attitude (able to stay on top of tasks without micromanagement); Familiarity with Slack, WOP, or similar community/messaging tools; Customer service background; Creative mindset and interest in the UGC space; Benefits Work from home; Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week); Starting salary between 4$ - 12$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance; A workplace that values its people; Professional development opportunities to grow your career; Be part of a supportive team that values your input and achievements; Referral bonus: If you refer a candidate, you will receive a $50 bonus once they’re hired by one of our clients; Remember to upload your data in English, please.
