## What the role involves: Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics. Extract key insights to inform strategic planning and decision-making Develop and manage Business Intelligence solutions, analytics, reports, and dashboard systems to drive performance Present complex data in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical stakeholders Completing competitive analysis relating to competitors as well as potential partners Completing analysis on a variety of industries including, demand for blockchain and distributed ledger technology solutions, use cases and more Collaborate closely with the President and the Strategy team to align business intelligence initiatives with strategic goals Mentoring more junior colleagues on research approaches and best practices Completing non-legal due diligence activities Exploring how AI can expedite our BI practice Lead a team of analysts and data scientists to deliver high-quality analytical projects. ## Requirements Who you are 7+ years of experience in market research/consumer insights. Preferably experienced in both primary and secondary research. Strong knowledge and experience of market research, data analysis, data visualization and business intelligence tools Knowledge/experience of using AI for market research Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to extract and present complex data clearly Ability to create clear, concise and succinct research with supported conclusions and recommendations Fast, constant learner with a proactive, positive attitude to help our business navigate the complex strategic and operational challenges we will encounter on our journey to becoming a world class Venture Studio Ability to make connections and cross-reference previously completed research as well as activities across multiple, disparate teams to create comprehensive research.
