Role Overview As a Virtual Assistant, you will be integral to our sales and marketing team, engaging in daily outreach to enhance lead generation and client communication across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Social Media Engagement: Actively manage and interact on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to attract and engage potential clients. Email Communications: Craft and dispatch personalized emails to potential clients to introduce our services and organize meetings or calls. Direct Messaging: Utilize social media and professional networking sites for direct messaging that engages and converts leads into clients. Calls and Texts: Execute follow-up communications, confirm appointments, and maintain client engagement through calls and texts. Performance Tracking: Keep detailed records of outreach activities and analyze the effectiveness of different strategies and campaigns. Candidate Profile Experience in a Virtual Assistant role, preferably with a sales or marketing background. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms and familiarity with CRM systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Compensation And Benefits Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
