Key Responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain information in databases with precision and efficiency
- Monitor WAN links for stability and performance
- Monitor routers, switches, and other network devices
- Provision IP Addresses, LAN/VLAN, and perform preventative health checks
- Monitor alerts and logs, and perform incident management and reporting
- Administer security and IAM, and ensure compliance with ITSL processes and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve network performance
Training and Development
Selected applicants will receive comprehensive training on essential technical skills, including:
- Windows/Unix/Linux operating systems
- Active Directory and PowerShell
- Developer Tools and Wireshark
- ServiceNow and Network Appliances
- Load Balancers, Routers/Switches, and Middleware
- Network Monitoring Systems and Diagnostic Commands
- Incident management tools and ITSL Processes & Tools
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
