We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in credit repair to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
- Handle the end-to-end credit repair process for individual clients.
- Use Dispute Fox (or similar software) to manage client profiles and automate dispute flows.
- Create and submit customized dispute letters to the credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) for items such as:
- Late payments
- Collections
- Charge-offs
- Hard inquiries
- Repossessions
- Public records (e.g., bankruptcies, judgments)
- Monitor and track disputes, follow up with bureaus, and escalate when needed.
- Review and update personal identifying information (PII) such as outdated addresses or incorrect employment info.
- Communicate progress and next steps to clients in a clear, timely, and professional manner.
- Maintain detailed case notes, documents, and client logs for compliance purposes.
- Stay updated on credit laws, dispute strategies, and credit bureau updates.
- Provide monthly progress reports and status updates to the internal team and clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in credit repair.
- Proficient in Dispute Fox or other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), credit scoring models, and dispute procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and document tracking tools.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple client cases at once.
