Factor Search is working with one of the world's leading global engineering and infrastructure consultancies to find a VP-level leader for their US transportation practice.

The role
You'll lead and grow a portfolio of transportation consulting work, drive business development across state DOTs, transit agencies, and federal clients, and help shape the strategic direction of the practice. This isn't a delivery-only role, they want someone who can win work, build relationships, and lead at a senior level.
Scope is broad: highways, ITS, transit and rail, design-build, P3, digital mobility. The platform is there to do significant work.
What they're looking for
• VP-level experience in transportation consulting or a closely related field
• A strong BD track record with DOTs, transit authorities, or federal transportation clients
• Experience leading complex programmes — design-build, P3, ITS, transit/rail, or highways
• PE licence preferred
• Someone who's commercially driven, well-networked, and ready to make an impact
