This position will be the frontline of our client, playing a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales across the tri-state area. As an Entry Level Verizon Customer Ambassador you will engage directly with customers, guide them through the enrollment process, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Entry Level Verizon Customer Ambassador:
• Create initial conversations with potential customers, identifying opportunities to present client's services and converting them into sales opportunities
• Walk customers through the enrollment process, addressing inquiries and handling sensitive customer information with respect and professionalism ensuring all transactions are done within the compliance guidelines.
• Assist the Sales Department with the creation and execution of customer outreach campaigns, collaborating with other departments and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Keep accurate records of all transactions, customer interactions, and sales to create analytics reports and achieve company sales goals.
• Participate in team training sessions, share best practices and exchange proven methods for the betterment of the customer enrollment process.
• Stay updated on client changes, bundles, price advantages that will benefit the customers and set us aside from competitors offering better service and a better experience.
Entry Level Verizon Customer Ambassador Requirements:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
• 0-2 years of previous customer service experience.
• Reliable transportation to meet customers directly.
• Motivated and looking to grow within the company.
• Strong communicator, effectively conveying information and building relationships with customers, fostering long-term retention and brand loyalty.
• Relatable, personable, collaborative, and goal-oriented.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,850.00 per month
