**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our products and services
* Documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
* Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services
* Providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
* Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)

**Work Environment**
As a Work At Home Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our team will provide you with the necessary equipment to conduct your work, including a webcam. You'll need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection - DSL or Cable only. Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet with proof that your ISP meets a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps.
**Physical Demands**
This role requires constant sedentary work, so you'll need to be comfortable working in a seated position for extended periods.
