This temporary role is available to candidates in WA, ID, OR, and UT, with the potential to develop into a regular benefited position (for full-time work) or a non-benefited position (for part-time work). As a CSP, you will act as the bridge between blithequark and our members, providers, and other healthcare professionals, providing guidance and resources on benefits, claims, and eligibility. You will advocate for our members, track down answers to tricky questions, and ask for support when needed.

Our work environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and supportive. We offer a remote work option for most of our roles, which requires a wired internet connection that is not satellite or cellular and internet service with a minimum upload speed of 5Mb and a minimum download speed of 10 Mb. The starting hourly wage for this role is $19.75 - $23.00/hour, depending on candidate's geographic location and experience. This is a temporary position and, as such, is not eligible for benefits.
