As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in the Strategic Account Services (SAS) team at blithequark, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy for managing blithequark Seller Partners. The SAS Core Program is designed to support small and medium-sized businesses on blithequark, providing them with strategic advice and guidance to drive their business growth. As a strategic business consultant, you will advise a portfolio of 10-15 businesses, helping them master the fundamentals of selling on blithequark and achieve their individual targets.
As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, your day will be filled with exciting opportunities to make a real impact on the business growth of your Seller partners. You will work closely with a team of consultants across the US to develop and deliver the SAS Core program, providing consultative services to sellers and helping them navigate the blithequark Marketplace ecosystem. You will also have the opportunity to work with smaller, younger, and more innovative businesses, providing them with support and guidance on various aspects of their business, including supply chain, merchandising, selection, conversion, and analytics.
