Job Summary
We're seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional projects and drive process improvements across our cloud operations. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll work closely with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs, develop and implement solutions, and analyze data to inform decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global armada of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC)
- Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, gather and analyze data, and develop and present findings and recommendations
- Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
- Drive process improvements through data analysis, visualization, and business recommendations, identifying and acting on opportunities to drive progress
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in cloud operations, including data center management, network operations, and security
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and effective decision-making
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality results
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and controlling data collections using SQL
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of partners, both technical and non-technical
- 3+ years of experience in technical program/project management roles
- Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners inside and outside of the organization to drive impact and work toward shared goals
- Excellent data analysis and visualization skills, with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software
- Experience with cloud operations, including data center management, network operations, and security
