This role involves managing interview logistics, supporting sourcing efforts, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience as part of the Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones with speed and accuracy
- Ensure a high-quality, professional, and welcoming candidate experience
- Manage calendars, logistics, and last-minute changes with ease
- Partner with recruiters to proactively source candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial outreach and screening coordination
- Act as the team’s go-to expert for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and workflow consistency
- Maintain job postings and candidate records
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency
- Assist with offer coordination and onboarding handoffs
- Track recruiting metrics and generate basic reports
- Support recruiting projects and process improvements
