Job Description:
• Recruit blood donors by telephone and schedule appointments
• Provide support to volunteers
• Maintain daily production standards
• Develop knowledge of donor criteria
• Maintain accurate records of donors contacted
• Support recruitment manager in developing leads
Requirements:
• High School or equivalent required
• 1 year of related experience preferred
• Ability to work on a team
• Computer experience, excellent customer service and problem-solving skills required
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with potentially difficult customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
