• Manage associates and leaders, providing direction, feedback, and development opportunities
• Drive business plan implementation, monitoring expenses, asset utilization, and developing procedures
• Coordinate job-related activities, build relationships with stakeholders, and identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $139,000 per year
• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
