What a day in Life looks like:
· The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will act as a Operations business partner to the Americas sales ops team
- You will be responsible for owning and continuously improving elements of sales process execution, ensuring a structured operating cadence, and providing actionable insights into pipeline health, sales activity and sales achievements
- As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with the Sales leadership team and Sales Operations to improve processes, optimise sales performance, and drive efficiencies across the organisation
- Be a key point of contact between Sales management and RevOps
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the prospecting and sales process and work with sales leadership to implement solutions that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team
- Drive consistency in sales practices, ensuring that teams follow best practices and adhere to established processes
- Drive data quality and hygiene of CRM use
- Partner with Revenue/Business Systems and Data team to ensure correct data flows between 3rd party tools and CRM
- In charge of territory/portfolio carving and management for Sales Executives
- In charge of day-to-day support and troubleshooting of account Portfolios/Territories in Salesforce
- Support definition and implementation of automation and AI use cases in prospecting workflows (enrichment, co-pilots, personalization)
What you bring to the team:
Mandatory 90% English fluency, cv must be in English, 5-7 years of Experience
· Experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a B2B Technology Company
- Proficiency in Excel and experience working on large data sets
- Experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud)
- Experience working in cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing and Data
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Sales Leaders and Sales Individual Contributors
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
