As a Senior Product Designer for Customer Experience at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products and services. You will be part of our Customer Experience & Integrity (CXI) Design team, which is responsible for designing and delivering seamless and delightful experiences for our customers. Your primary focus will be on customer-facing user experience, and you will have the opportunity to design across all sides of our marketplace, including consumer, merchant, and Dasher experiences.
We're looking for a senior-level IC with 5+ years of work experience in product design, who is passionate about leading product strategy and vision for new product areas. You should be a master of the design process, with a strong ability to balance strategy, research, interaction design, and visual design to achieve elegant solutions. You should also be skilled at communicating design decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the vision and strategy.
