Job Summary

As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining data quality, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, and make corrections as needed

• Collaborate with the customer service team to identify and resolve customer issues
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure data quality and compliance with company policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Excellent data entry skills, with high levels of accuracy and efficiency
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
