About the Role: Senior Administrative Assistant - Technology and Supply Chain
We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Technology and Supply Chain team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide administrative support to multiple leaders, demonstrating exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. You'll be an extension of your leader, complementing their work style while upholding Target's values and showcasing utmost poise, professionalism, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple leaders in the Technology and Supply Chain organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Anticipate leaders' needs and proactively solve problems before they arise, demonstrating exceptional initiative and accountability.
- Manage multiple priorities and processes, staying up-to-date on the ever-changing retail marketplace and adjusting to shifting demands.
- Maintain confidentiality, flexibility, and exceptional time management skills to keep things running smoothly.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies, both internally and externally, to ensure clear and concise messaging.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software applications to create reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders, team members, and external partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and trust.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to promote growth and development.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years of administrative experience or similar experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of leadership and external partners.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a retail or supply chain environment.
- Certifications or training in administrative assistance, business administration, or a related field.
