Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce System Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in a highly regulated, compliance-driven environment. This role involves defining architecture, integrations, and DevOps strategies while ensuring scalability, security, and performance across complex systems. Key Responsibilities • Design enterprise-level Salesforce architecture across multi-org environments • Define system architecture, data models, and integration frameworks • Lead API and integration design using MuleSoft or similar technologies • Define and guide CI/CD and DevOps strategies for Salesforce deployments • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams • Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Create architecture diagrams, documentation, and technical roadmaps • Ensure adherence to best practices in Agile and DevSecOps Required Qualifications • Salesforce Integration Architect Certification (MANDATORY) • 8+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem • Strong experience in enterprise Salesforce architecture • Experience with API integrations and MuleSoft (MANDATORY) • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Experience working with multi-org Salesforce environments • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Mandatory Technical Skills • Salesforce Architecture (Apex, Lightning, Platform) • API Integration (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft) • CI/CD Pipelines • DevOps tools (Copado or similar) • Data Modeling & System Design • Security & Access Control Preferred Skills • Salesforce Application Architect certification • Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations • Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments • Knowledge of security frameworks and best practices • Exposure to cloud platforms and microservices architecture • Strong communication skills • Ability to work in a distributed/global team • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
