They are seeking a performance-focused TikTok Media Buyer to help scale paid acquisition across TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Amazon through strategic campaign management and optimization.
Responsibilities
• Structure and scale TikTok website conversion campaigns
• Build and manage Spark Ad frameworks
• Deploy and optimise GMV Max campaigns
• Allocate budget based on performance
• Optimise toward CPA, MER, and contribution margin
• Launch and manage GMV Max campaigns
• Support and scale TikTok LIVE shopping sessions with paid traffic
• Balance LIVE push vs standard website campaigns
• Improve revenue velocity during LIVE events
• Analyse hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR
• Identify scalable UGC and brand content formats
• Provide structured performance feedback to creative team
• Build repeatable testing systems
• Develop structured testing roadmap
• Cut underperformers quickly
• Scale winners responsibly
• Provide data-backed scaling recommendations
Skills
• 1+ year of full-time TikTok media buying
• Experience managing $50k–$100k+ monthly TikTok ad spend
• Experience scaling DTC brands doing several hundred thousand per month
• Direct experience with Spark Ads
• Direct experience with GMV Max
• Experience promoting GMV Max LIVE shopping
• Strong understanding of CAC, AOV, CVR, LTV
• Comfortable operating independently
• Beauty or personal care experience preferred
