Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to understand the needs of each position and drive intensive recruitment methods to ensure quality hires within given deadlines.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and screening resumes, conducting interviews and reference checks, and initiating background checks.
- Evaluate candidates, submit detailed reports, and provide suggestions for improving the hiring process.
- Conduct new hire onboarding and training processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of HR specialists in full-cycle recruitment and other HR duties.
- Assist hiring managers with employee performance reviews, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Proficiency in using various interview methods and techniques to assess candidate fit.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Availability to work Pacific Time business hours, with flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Familiarity with California labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in G-suite and Mac OS, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for an employment visa.
- The ability to pass an extensive reference check and background check.
