They are seeking a positive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join their team, responsible for dispatching technicians, managing service calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule
- Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician’s schedule as needed
- Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner
- Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff and responding to special requirements
- Match type of service required with availability, location and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability and efficiency
- Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base
- Being a good teammate to coworkers
- Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them a lifelong customer
Skills
- Previous experience in a call center
- Must be able to type ~70 wpm
- MUST like talking with people and making them happy by using great communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Be familiar with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to think proactively
- High Speed internet
- Quiet Workspace with minimal background noise
