Duties: Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Monitor and verify appointment schedules Resolve patient complaints or issues by investigating problems and finding appropriate solutions Maintain patient records by updating account information and documenting interactions Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies when handling customer interactions Collect copays and outstanding balances at time of service. Update patient's information in the EMR to ensure information is current and up to date.
