Description: This is a remote position. Part-time position requiring minimum 20 hours per week Flexible scheduling with potential for increased hours during peak season Direct integration with San Antonio-based team Reports to repairs and make-ready departments Possibility for role expansion or transition to full-time based on performance Process invoicing for repairs and make-ready departments Conduct data entry for maintenance operations Follow up with vendors via email to obtain pending invoices Review and process biannual property inspection reports Create itemized lists of maintenance items from inspection reports Categorize maintenance priorities (immediate needs vs. deferred maintenance) Process move-in and move-out inspection reports Notify tenants of maintenance findings when necessary Handle increased workload during peak HVAC season (summer months) Requirements: Strong data entry and administrative skills Excellent written communication abilities for email correspondence Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities Real estate industry experience preferred but not required Ability to prioritize maintenance items and identify urgent needs Professional English communication skills Experience with property management software systems a plus Benefits: Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job Apply Job!
