As an Inbound Patient Account Services Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in advocating for patients, resolving billing questions, and reporting trends to leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of CVS Specialty processes and their impact on patient journeys
- Provide high-level customer service, resolving patient billing questions and concerns
- Build trusting relationships with patients through empathetic and meaningful conversations
- Manage difficult situations with professionalism and urgency
- Accurately document interactions and follow up on patient concerns
- Meet call center metrics, including call volume and quality standards
- Liaise with other departments using technology to ensure seamless support
Requirements:
- 6 months of experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, collections, or infusion services
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Effective written and verbal customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with work schedule, including 8-hour shifts between 8:00am - 8:00pm EST (Monday - Friday)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in healthcare billing, collections, or infusion services
- 1 year of experience in pharmacy billing and reimbursement
- Verifiable high school diploma or GED required
