Our purposeful innovation and strong connections empower the people and industry relied upon to keep lives moving forward when it matters most. **The Role** As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering inbound calls from medical providers, patients, and billing services to assist in explaining services and claims information. You'll work in a remote environment, with full-time hours available between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday.
