Role Responsibilities
• Design engaging digital advertising image assets.
• Create assets tailored to common ad formats such as Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, TikTok, and app ads.
• Maintain brand consistency while optimizing for performance and clarity.
• Deliver assets in multiple sizes, layouts, and variations as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure visuals align with campaign goals.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve ad performance.
Qualifications – Must-Have
• Proven experience creating marketing and advertising-style visual assets.
• Understanding of performance-driven design principles.
• Strong knowledge of common ad layouts and platform specifications.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar professional design tools.
Preferred
• Experience working with growth/performance marketing teams.
• Experience designing for A/B testing environments.
• Understanding of ad compliance considerations, especially in healthcare/financial services.
