They are seeking proven Fractional Agency Growth & New Business Consultants with a track record of originating and closing professional services deals.
Responsibilities
• Originate, develop, and close new client relationships in one or more of our core practice areas: branding, marketing, customer experience, eCommerce, retail, sales enablement, or technology consulting tied to these areas
• Build trusted relationships with executives at mid-market and enterprise clients
• Leverage Chameleon Collective’s brand, talent network, and tools to accelerate your success
• Operate independently in a flat, non-hierarchical structure, relying on your own discipline while tapping into our tools and support only when they add value. No org chart politics, only outcomes
• Thrive in a fully remote, entrepreneurial environment where autonomy and performance are rewarded
Skills
• 7 – 10+ years of business development experience in consulting, agency, or professional services
• At least VP-level or higher in scope of past roles, with a consistent record of exceeding sales quotas
• A proven closer of complex, multi-stakeholder professional services deals
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM, prospecting tools, and digital-first workflows
• Entrepreneurial with the risk tolerance to embrace a commission + equity structure that rewards performance above industry norms
• Based in the United States, able to thrive in a remote-first environment
• Experience originating and closing professional services deals
• Current or past roles as CRO, SVP of Sales, Chief Growth Officer, VP of Business Development, or another senior sales role
