Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless transition for clients to the new application system. Adapt to project needs with flexible shift options available: 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST). Required Skills Typing Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to type quickly and accurately (>40 WPM). Language Skills: Strong command of English (bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous). Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. Communication Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage directly with end-users. Experience: Prior helpdesk or Tier 1 triage experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. A reliable internet connection is essential.
