About Us: We are a growing commercial janitorial business dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning services across the Salt Lake City area. Were looking for a motivated, bilingual (Spanish/English) professional with strong leadership skills to join our team. Position Overview: In this role, you will oversee payroll administration and help manage our team of cleaners, including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling. You will start part-time (approximately 1020 hours per week) but have the opportunity to move into a full-time position with promotions and pay increases based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Administration: Process and manage weekly/bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions. Staff Management: Interview, hire, train, and schedule cleaners. Provide ongoing support, feedback, and disciplinary action when necessary. Scheduling: Coordinate cleaner schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient service delivery. Communication: Maintain regular communication with staff, management, and clients to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
