Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Consultant to join our Global Equity team at The Coca-Cola Company. As a Consultant, you will play a key role in managing our equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans, ensuring operational compliance and providing exceptional support to our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities Research, track, and respond to questions from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting to support ongoing operations Review and maintain equity management processes and documentation Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred Experience working with multiple stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans, is preferred Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday, in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations What We Offer: At The Coca-Cola Company, we offer a competitive salary, a diverse and inclusive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
