Job Description
We're looking for a talented and flexible individual to join our customer service team, working closely with our team leaders to deliver a safe and exceptional airport experience to our clients. As a remote customer service representative, you will:
- Provide consistently excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points
- Perform various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, baggage services, and ticketing
- Work closely with team leaders, taking instructions and guidance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Conduct administrative tasks, such as pre-flight and post-flight departure procedures
- Represent American Airlines, adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented approach
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
- A strong customer focus and experience in face-to-face customer interactions
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work in a shift environment (including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
