Key Responsibilities:

• Handle member calls in a friendly and efficient manner
• Use airline and in-house computer systems to make member reservations
• Confirm reservations accurately and communicate members' needs to other support departments
• Maintain regular and reliable workplace attendance

Requirements:

• Effective listening and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
• Detail-oriented approach to work
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sales experience (preferably phone sales)
• Travel industry experience
• Call center experience
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer
• Scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and holidays
