This role involves outreach to senior education leaders and requires effective communication and organizational skills to manage outreach and demonstrate the organization’s value.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential new clients aligned with the organization’s capabilities
- Craft targeted strategic messages to senior leaders based on their history with the organization, focus areas, and strategic goals
- Make 50+ calls and send 15+ emails daily to secure initial meetings and generate new business
- Maintain a territory and assist an assigned Development Director in achieving annual goals
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience; all majors accepted
- 0 to 2 years of work experience, including leadership, professional, or internship roles
- Comfortable with cold calling
- DMV region preferred (office in Arlington VA)
- Remote option available
