Verify and enter transactions from lockbox and local deposits to maintain up-to-date records. Maintain and update accounts receivable records, including invoicing, debits, and credits, to ensure accuracy and completeness. Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, including authorized and unauthorized deductions, to ensure prompt resolution and minimize financial losses. Coordinate with the collections department to resolve outstanding payments and develop customer payment plans. Prepare and maintain reports, including monthly summaries of receivables, to provide insights and support business decision-making. Maintain confidentiality and protect organizational value by handling sensitive information with discretion. Requirements and Qualifications: Strong organizational and accounting skills, with attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data. Proficiency in data entry, financial software, and general math skills. Excellent communication and verbal skills, with ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
