What you’ll be doing: Candidate Experience and Communication - Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process - Coordinate interview scheduling as needed, across multiple time zones, calendars, and stakeholders - Ensure timely, professional communication at every stage of the hiring process - Provide candidates with clear expectations and follow-up information Talent Acquisition Operations - Maintain accurate candidates records in the Applicant Tracking System (Dayforce) - Maintain the job description library and enter appropriate job descriptions into Dayforce recruiting templates - Review and approve requisitions for job postings - Post job openings across internal and external platforms - Participate in candidate screening using ATS tools, resume screening, assessments, or other tools - Support offer letter creation, background check initiation, and onboarding handoff - Track recruiting metrics and assist with reporting as needed - Review and audit I-9 information Hiring Team Support - Provide process support to hiring managers across the organization - Provide education and training on hiring process to hiring managers and other stakeholders - Prepare internal interview materials and evaluation forms, if necessary - Coordinate interview feedback and ensure timely collection of information - Help maintain interview process integrity and timeline - Help ensure consistency and fairness in the interview process General - Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the candidate experience - Identify opportunities to improve the Dayforce recruiting process - Support internal recruiting projects - Contribute to documentation and development of best practices for the recruiting function. What you’ll bring to the role: Required - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High attention to detail and data accuracy - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Passion for doing things right and continuous improvement - Familiarity with interview best practices and candidate experience principles Preferred - Experience with Applicant Tracking System preferred (Dayforce, Workday, Taleo, etc.) - 2-3 years’ experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative coordination - Knowledge and understanding of employment and wage laws Compensation: This is an hourly, non-exempt role.  Pay range starts at $23/hour and is dependent on skills, experience, and location.
