About You
You love Jesus. You are calm under pressure and steady in uncertainty. You have strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and respond wisely.
You are both strategic and practical. You can zoom out to see the big picture, then step in to solve real problems. You are a clear communicator and a trusted partner who builds strong relationships with leaders across the organization. You care deeply about people and outcomes. You want to see programs thrive, leaders grow, and challenges turned into opportunities for long-term health.
At the end of the day, you do what it takes to get things done. Above all, you know this isn’t just your career. It’s a chance to do something meaningful. A chance to serve others. And a chance to make a life-changing impact on students with the gospel.
