Responsibilities
- Define and own product vision, strategy and roadmap for AI application generation on the Agentforce for Supply Chain platform
- Collaborate with engineering & AI research teams to scope, prioritize and drive feature specifications
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to adoption, including requirements with prioritized features, corresponding justification, and success metrics
- Engage with customers, stakeholders, and partners to deliver roadmap updates, get product feedback, and identify additional challenges and opportunities
- Research and understand industry trends and competition in Generative AI
- Represent Salesforce as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, industry and corporate events, and community sites and social media
Skills
- 1-3 years of Product Management experience
- Data-driven mindset for defining metrics/experiments and using data to inform decision making
- Deep intuition for capabilities and limitation of LLMs and AI in general. This can be from hand on experience with AI-powered tools, previous work experience, or educational coursework
- Good understanding of AI landscape and trends
- Experience working in and delivering customer-facing products or services in an agile/lean environment
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive, critical issues
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
- A related technical degree required
- Knowledge of Generative AI evaluation and testing approaches
- Experience driving deep collaborations within the company and with external partners and customers
