Job Description:
• Manage multiple IT teams within one or more functional areas
• Formulates and develops effective test architecture based on organizational needs
• Manages teams to support testing strategies and activities
• Ensures overall integrity of testing strategy
• Collaborates effectively with all constituents involved in solution planning, development and operation
• Participates in architecture and technical specification review
• Reviews test plans and test cases for multi-application, enterprise-wide testing efforts
• Establish technical testing policies, standards and procedures
• Provides advice, guidance, encouragement and constructive feedback to team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3 or more years of leadership experience (team lead or above)
• 10 or more years of related information technology work experience
• Minimum of 7 or more years of quality assurance experience
• Experience in performance testing SAP and MAWM platforms - required
• Experience in leading teams of performance test engineers - required
• Experience in performance testing global solutions
• Multiple Software Testing Assurance Certification preferred
• Advanced/expert level of knowledge on testing concepts, methodologies and processes
