Key Responsibilities - Support clients and resolve moderate to complex requests or issues related to financial products and services via phone - Perform routine tasks, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues while complying with work rules, policies, and guidelines - Seek guidance from management and escalate non-routine questions while responding to inquiries or resolving issues - Resolve client issues in a friendly and respectful manner, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach - Utilize various computer systems to research client needs and propose solutions, while communicating effectively and accurately - Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and deliver exceptional client experiences Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2+ years of experience in evaluating and addressing the needs of clients or resolving client issues.
