**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced customer support specialist to join our team and provide top-notch service for our customers. As a Part Time Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting our clients with software that enables studios to offer online registration, tuition calculation, and payment options for parents of their dance students. Our software boasts a host of integrated tools that help studios optimize their operations.
**Responsibilities**
As a Part Time Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, chat, and email
* Troubleshooting software issues and providing clients with solutions that meet their business needs
* Answering both process (how-do-I?) and business (how-should-I?) inquiries and requests
* Ensuring that the customer is successful using our product and has a great experience doing so
* Working directly with clients, as well as Development and Quality Assurance teams to identify, triage, and resolve system issues
* Documenting frequently asked questions and preparing knowledge-based content
* Documenting requirements and user stories for production issues and feature requests
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Strong customer service and analytical skills
* Comfortable helping customers via phone support
* Ability to diagnose and explain complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to quickly learn computer software and operating procedures
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
* Flexible work schedule; must be able to work on weekends
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and time management skills
* Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals
* Success-driven, works well in a team, and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment
* Knowledge and passion for the dance industry (previous experience with SaaS or payments industry preferred but not mandatory)

**Salary Range Disclosure**
The base range represents the low and high end of the arenaflex salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of arenaflex's total compensation package for employees.
