About the Role

As a part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with billing inquiries, general issues related to internet purchases, and other support requests. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and resolve general issues related to internet purchases in a professional and courteous manner
- Process membership cancellations and ensure a seamless experience for our customers
- Field inbound calls, responding to customer concerns and providing timely resolutions
- Respond to customer emails and live chat requests, ensuring prompt and effective communication
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the customer service industry, with previous call center experience highly preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs, including night shifts
- Proficiency navigating the internet and utilizing various software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Mandatory requirement: Must be over 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the internet payment service industry or a related field
- Knowledge of payment processing systems and protocols
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
