Location: Remote (Pacific Standard Time) Employment Type: Part-time Industry: Bookkeeping / Accounting Support About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) with expertise in QuickBooks Online to provide consistent and accurate bookkeeping support for multiple companies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a startup environment by helping build foundational systems and workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Accurately enter and categorize bank transactions in QuickBooks Online for multiple businesses. • Prioritize and complete bookkeeping one company at a time, starting with a designated focus. • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies. • Work through historical transaction backlogs to bring records up to date. • Ensure ongoing, error-free bookkeeping maintenance. • Proactively communicate updates, flag inconsistencies, and compile relevant questions. ✅ Qualifications: • Proven experience using QuickBooks Online (Certification is a plus). • Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and bank reconciliation processes. • Ability to manage multiple sets of company books effectively. • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
