Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. or Canada
- Bachelor's degree and teaching license or English teaching certificates (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, ESL)
- Digital literacy and ability to create an engaging online learning atmosphere
- Prior teaching experience or equivalent in education, tutoring, or mentoring (preferred)
- Technical requirements: a computer with stable internet and clear audio/video capacity
