Job Summary
This is a fast-paced scheduling position that requires problem-solving skills and the ability to create win-win solutions. As an Office Scheduler, you will play a critical role in assisting our office team with scheduling client and team member shifts, managing caregiver schedules, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a remote part-time opportunity with a flexible schedule, offering 1-3 days of work per week during day shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule client and team member shifts: Assist with day shift scheduling as needed, working with clients and employees to schedule shifts and capturing notes for the office team to handle after shifts.
- Manage caregiver schedules: Coordinate with caregivers to ensure seamless scheduling and communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Respond to client and team member inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and addressing concerns.
- On-Call Shifts: Option to assist with after-hours support if desired, providing backup support for our office team.
- Additional tasks: Answer telephone calls, handle client issues and requests, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Required: 2+ years of experience working with staffing/scheduling tools, such as ClearCare scheduling software.
- Preferred: Experience with ClearCare scheduling software, current or former CNA certification, prior experience scheduling in a fast-paced environment, and background/experience in a caregiver role.
- Essential skills: Proven customer service experience, ability to respond to clients/team members within 15 minutes, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Education: Some post-high school education, 2-4 year degree preferred.
- Nice to have: Medical billing or process documentation experience.
