About This Role
Physician's Liaison is hiring two experienced healthcare outreach professionals to support provider relationship development for an expanding healthcare program that delivers in-home clinical services through a national nurse network.
This is a professional healthcare outreach role focused on building relationships with medical practices by phone, email, and text.
This is not a call center role, and it is not high-volume telemarketing.
Success in this position requires someone who understands how to professionally communicate with physician offices, identify decision makers, and guide conversations that open provider relationships.
What You Will Do
Conduct professional outreach to medical practices including:
• Primary Care
• Internal Medicine
• Orthopedics
• Oncology
• Neurology
Professionally introduce healthcare services to physician offices and identify the appropriate clinical or administrative decision maker
Identify and engage:
• Office managers
• Referral coordinators
• Clinical decision makers
Incentive structure tied to clear monthly outreach goals
• Build professional provider relationships through structured follow-up
• Schedule next-step conversations when appropriate
• Track all activity and next steps inside Zoho CRM
• Complete a minimum of 60 / 85 qualified activities per month
• Activities are defined as qualified two-way conversations with medical offices.
What We Need
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of healthcare-related professional physician office outreach
Examples include:
• Healthcare provider-facing sales
• Physician liaison work
• Medical practice relationship management
• Pharmaceutical sales involving physician office access
Applicants must have direct experience communicating professionally with physician offices, medical practices, or healthcare providers. General sales backgrounds without healthcare exposure are not a fit for this role.

Schedule Requirements

• You will initially be assigned up to three target areas, time zones may vary.
