Job Description:
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for campaign optimization
• Develop and implement strategic paid search campaigns that are aligned with client objectives as well as budgets
• Create compelling ad copy and ad assets that drive clicks and conversions while maintaining consistency for each brand
• Monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS
• Optimize campaign performance through ongoing testing and refinement of keywords, targeting, and ad assets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure campaign success
• Provide regular reports and insights to clients, highlighting campaign performance and recommending strategic adjustments
• Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continually enhance campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency setting
• Demonstrated expertise in paid search advertising platforms and technology
• Proven experience in media buying and executing campaigns directly within paid search platforms, handling diverse objectives and budgets
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Search Ads 360, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Google Ads certification and experience with Google Analytics are a plus.
