Department: UCHA Transition Specialties Unit FTE: Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Nights Pay: $26.34 - $40.82 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Minimum Requirements: ? Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program. ? State licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN). ? IV certification. ? BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire. Responsibilities: ? Contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN. ? Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. ? Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. ?
